Meet the R5 leadership team

Nancy Ridgeway, Artistic Director

Nancy is a seasoned director and producer of plays and musicals in and around Bucks County and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Drawn to intimate, intriguing writing, her credits at Old Academy Players include Sweat, Vernal Rites, Buried Child, and Honky Tonk Queen as director, Lips Together, Teeth Apart as producer, and A Song I Forgot to Sing as costume designer. Her directorial work at Town and Country Players includes Next to Normal, Other Desert Cities, A Few Good Men, August: Osage County, Good People, The Music Man, Sweeney Todd, Bye Bye Birdie, and Carousel.

Rob Rosiello, Executive Director

Rob is a playwright, director, actor, and author based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. His plays include A Song I Forgot to Sing, Hay Days, Dear Deborah, Pandora, Die-Nasty, Cold Stun, Priceless, and Vernal Rites. Directing credits include Suddenly Last Summer, The Laramie Project, The Children’s Hour, and Lips Together, Teeth Apart. Rob received his Master’s Degree in Theatre from Villanova University and teaches at Montgomery County Community College‬. As R5’s Executive Director, Rob also oversees fundraising, marketing, and social media.

Jim McIntosh, Technical Director

Jim has been involved in the entertainment industry for over thirty years. With a B.A. in Theater from Rutgers University, he has worked as a performer, stage manager, light and sound technician, and scenic carpenter. Jim is an active member of Town and Country Players in Buckingham, Pennsylvania — both onstage and off — including Next to Normal (stage manager) and a two-year term as the Treasurer. Jim loves the creative process of putting a show together.
